Data Processing Agreement (summary)

Where bayata Technologies processes personal data on behalf of a customer organisation using Nexus ERP, bayata acts as processor and the customer as controller (GDPR Art. 28).

• Subject matter: ERP operation (finance, people, projects, procurement, compliance, audit)
• Duration: term of the service agreement
• Nature: hosting, storage, transmission, backup, support access under least privilege
• Security: access control (Cockpit RBAC), encryption in transit (TLS), audit logging, network isolation
• Sub-processors: notified via customer agreement; identity via Nexus Cockpit
• International transfers: only with appropriate safeguards when applicable
